GB Studio provides advice and services in all areas of marketing and communication, including: design, brand strategy and identity, development of communication concepts and materials, campaigns, photography and videography, advertising and sales promotion. The detailed scope of services is defined in the quote provided to the Client.
ART. 1
Services
GB Studio retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, over all works created until full payment of the invoice has been received.
Upon full payment, a non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual license is granted to the Client, limited to the uses specified in the quote. Any additional use or transfer to third parties requires prior written consent from GB Studio and additional compensation agreed upon in writing.
GB Studio is authorized to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the Client objects in writing.
ART. 2
Intellectual property
GB Studio's creations (visuals, designs, brand identities, communication materials, photographs, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright. The Client is expressly prohibited from:
using these creations as input data for any artificial intelligence system, for purposes of modification, reproduction, generation, or training;
having these creations reproduced, adapted, or transformed by an automated tool without GB Studio's prior written consent;
transferring this right to a third party.
Any violation of this clause shall engage the Client's liability and may give rise to damages.
